they invited shock to perform this evening at berkeley art museum as a part of the ongoing L@TE series. a children’s choir will join us and we’ll be standing inside of an intergalactic installation created by kenny. it will look a lot like this, a set he just built for a short film that takes place inside of a space ship. lights and visuals by colleen and luke. think prisms and shadows. i’m really excited. i hope to see you, floating on the moon.

with some inspiration from a beautiful object, jason and i made these clip boards for family christmas presents this year.

let’s make some really good things happen in 2012, like a drive down this empty road in hillsdale, new york.

NPR included one of my photos in a nice segment about hiss golden messenger which prompted me to resurrect this shot, one of my favorites from that day.

once i joined these guys on a US tour when their regular bass player bailed at the last second. of all the songs i crammed into my head, this one is still my favorite.
